Chardonnay Apartments

I had lived here for 6 years. Previous 3 years was also a case and associates location. Last week of august, I get a notice they want to take possession of my apartment back. I was not behind in rent. When asking why, the only answer management woukd give us we are allowed too. Corporate and legal said the same. I was month to month for over a year so paying full market price plus the month to month fee. I was then told to stop taking it personal. How the hell do you not take it personal when you are told to get out with no reason. If they simply just didn’t like me, tell me that. I recommend avoiding case and associates. If they did this to me they can do it to you. For the record, Their maintenance guy Mitch was awesome as well as the one I forget his name but took care of the pool.

I love chardonnay apartments I don't have anything against the apartment, Live there 5 years ago then I decided to come back again, Now the office stuff especially the manager I believe her name is Maria I simply request maintenance One month go by nobody came been 3 month's since today rent I went office to drop rent ,so ask again if they're gonna fix, the maintenance guy he looked me up and down looks like he wants fight with me the I ask the corporate number I was told they don't have umber

Mitchell came over immediately and fixed everything I needed.He was friendly, went straight to work and had my work order completed in a timely manner. I appreciated his being able to be so efficient and this made me very happy. Thank you Mitchell…JOB WELL DONE. Mitchell once again took care of my needs. My A/C Was not working properly…but he managed to fix it and that made me a happy camper. Coodos goes out to Michell…job well done and thank you. I was experiencing water leakage with my dishwasher. Mitchell checked it and realized it was not working properly so he placed an order for another dishwasher. This was after he replaced parts and it still was broken. I came home today and he had taken out the old and replaced with another dishwasher. I have not had the opportunity to try it, but I feel confident that he had checked it out completely before he left. Thank you for having experienced maintenance workers. It really helps to resolve major problems. It makes me feel satisfied with experienced workers to handle any problems I have. Job well done Once again Mitchell saved the day. My request was taken care of in a timely manner. Once again the front office girls got my request and ran with it. Mitchell was able to resolve my problems which made me very happy. They are all a fantastic team always seems to be working together so our lives can continue to go very smooth without any delays. Great Job to you all. Thank you! I needed a handicap bar put near my bathtub, my doctor recommended I needed one in writing to the office and before I knew it, I had one placed in the perfect spot where I could get in and out of my tub. I was so thankful for the support I received from the office and maintenance crew. They do a spectacular job!

Found a leak on my carpet outside of the water heater closet and called for maintenance. This is the third time this summer I have had the same type of leak but each time there was a different cause and each call was handled promptly. This time I needed a new water heater and it was replaced the next day. Overall I am very pleased with how maintenance and the front office responds for any maintenance issues. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. I’ve lived here for 2 years and just resigned for 6 more months. Grateful for a wonderful place to call home.

Edit: I bump from 1 ro 3 stars since Chardonnay staff did reach out to me and offer to give me back the Administrative fees few hours after I posted my review. Although it shouldn't take this much effort for me to get back the money that's rightfully mine. I'm glad the staffs were able to quickly rectify it in the end. I just want to give words of caution to people who interested apply for this place about how they do not honor what is stated in the application contract that we signed. And if you are not interested in an apartment after you turn in your application, then please cancel it within 24 hours or you will lose all your money, including the money that was suppose to be refundable as stated in the contract if you decided to cancel. In June, we filled out an application and paid our deposit and fees, but when we took a look at the apartment, it was not to our liking. I should've cancel my application right then, but did not and due to unforeseen circumstances, not able to afford the other available apartments that they offered. After 3 months, they told me my application is cancel and I will lose all of my money. I have accepted that I've lost the deposit and other fees that I have put in when I was not able to get an apartment and it's not their fault. However, in my application contract, it clearly stated that the administrative fees (used for lease preparation) is refundable if I cancels the application or is denied. There is no time limit for the admistrative fees to be refundable stated in the contract. But when I point this out to the manager, she still insisted that ALL fees are non-refundable, which clearly contradict what was stated in the application contract that my wife signed. It's only $100, so it's not worth it for me to try to pursue further to get it back. I just take this as a expensive lesson fees. I just want to spread the word to those who plans to apply to this place that what was stated in the contract does not hold true if it benefits you, only true if its benefit them.
